And Then there was One

With the State and 786 running neck and neck as the only two undefeated teams left in the AFG. Brick Wall put an end to The States five game winning streak. With the State missing their key ingredient Paul (fast ball) Nunes, they had still managed to have kept their record flawless, until this last week. The State beat an athletic and talented “Team Movement”, only to lose convincingly to the newly revamp “Brick Wall”. This shocker left “Team 786” as the only undefeated team in the AFG. As Brick wall played spoiler to The State, “The U” whom was 786’s first opponent almost pulled a shocker of their own against the highly favored 786. The U jumped to an early 15-0 lead off deep touchdown passes, just to see 786 come back and regain the lead by a touchdown at half. With less then a minuet left in the game the U took a one point lead and had to hold off 786 high powered offense one more serious to knock 786 off the unbeaten mark. With smart offensive plays and 786 receivers getting what they can and getting out of bounds to stop the clock, wide receiver Yama (Vice Grips) Kashifi managed to get in the end zone for the game winning TD. Congratulations to 786 for taking over the number one seeding, and the number one spot on the power rankings. Also congratulations to The U, and Brick wall for such outstanding efforts against the top two teams in the league thus far…..
